Set Up for the Austin Model Railroad Jamboree

So far, we have three (3) members who said they can be there at 12:00 noon on Saturday
and one who can't be there until 1:30 PM.

I suggest we move set up to 1:30 PM so we have at least four (4) people to set up the layout.

If I don't hear any reason to leave the set up for noon, we will change it to 1:30 PM.
