Today is Wednesday and there are only two people signed up for Saturday's set up.

WE ARE NOT GOING TO SET UP THE LAYOUT WITH ONLY TWO PEOPLE!

If you can make the set up on Saturday, please let me know ASAP.

If you can't make a set up on Satuday, please email me with another suggested time and date
that you can commit to.

We need at least four (4) people to set up the layout, preferably six (6).  This is the only
train show in Austin and Craig was nice enough to secure the space in The Railyard for us
so we should take advantage of it.

Also, there doesn't seem to be much interest in running trains that weekend.  Please indicate
your expected participation on the event coordination document.  I can't believe that only four
people are willing to come up to Cedar Park to run trains.

Please respond ASAP so I can plan the set up.
