AMRE Fall Train Show

It is now two weeks before the AMRE Fall Train Show and we have only minimal response
for participation in the show.

If you have not indicated your participation on the Event Coordination Document on the
TTAT web site (including if you are NOT participating), please do so ASAP.

Also, for the members who have indicated that they will participate in setup, we need
to schedule our meeting time.  We also need a commitment from a member to tow
the trailer to Live Oak.  So far, only Steve Rorer has indicated that he can tow the
trailer to the show.

What time can people be down at Live Oak for setup?  I suggest Friday evening
either at 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM.  Please let me know who can be there for either of
those times.  An alternative would be 7:00 AM on Saturday (since the show opens
at 9:00 AM).  However, I don't know how early they will be opening the facility on
Saturday morning, so I don't know if this is even feasible.

Please respond as soon as possible.  We need to make our final plans based on
our members commitments.
