The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th at 7:00 PM. Location is the Branch Creek Estates North Clubhouse.

The preliminary Agenda is:
1. Membership and Finance Report
2. Approval of new By-Laws
3. Trailer Committee Report
4. Nomination of New Board of Director for Rick Dolifka's seat
5. Elections
6. Work Day plans
7. Upcoming Shows

This is an important event for our club and full participation is encouraged. If you cannot attend proxy votes may be assigned to any attending club member. This is important for things like approval of by-laws that require a % of membership vote.

If you haven't responded to Ira's request to vote on approval of the new by-laws, please do. The board voted unanimously to present the updated by-laws to the membership and we feel it is a great improvement over the old ones. The updated by-laws are available for review on the club web site along with all BOD meeting minutes.
