Subject: Ammended Bylaws

The Board of Directors has reviewed and updated the club Bylaws to make them more
relevant to our current mode of operation.

We need a 2/3 majority of all members in good standing to approve the ammended
Bylaws.  Please review the new Bylaws document in the Members Area of the club web site
(at http://aoot.com/ttat/private/Bylaws_Final_Draft.doc) and send me an email indicating
whether you approve or disapprove the new Bylaws.  (Please send the email directly to
me - ira_schneider@iname.com, not the general club mailing list.)  I will tally the vote
and present the results at the Annual Meeting.

Please do not ignore this issue.  The current Bylaws document is outdated and we need
to update it.
