Power at The RailYard layout

I have borrowed the main power box from our layout, so no one can run trains
tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday (until I return the power box).  This is probably
not a big problem since The Collectible Caboose isn't open on Sunday so
nobody but Craig could try to run trains on Sunday anyhow.

Also, the landlord removed the temporary power panel we were using to
power our layout.  Adrian ran an extension from an outlet connected to the
outside lighting down the pole and terminated in a covered outlet.  If you
are the first one at the layout on some Saturday, please connect our
extension cord to this outlet (which is right across from the east side
front door to the layout).  You also have to go to the back of the building
to the concrete enclosure and cover the photocell which controls the outside
lighting.  There is a piece of electrical tape on the box containing the photocell.
Just cover the photocell with this tape and the outside lights should turn on.
The last person to leave should remove the tape and replace it on the box.
