I get out of work around 6:00pm so depending on traffic I should be able to be there by 7:30-8:00pm.

I can be at the Live Oak Convention center as early as 5:00PM on Friday. Setup is open untill 9:00PM
 
SEND A REPLY to this e-mail with the time you will arrive.  After I know the arrival time of the rest of you we will agree to the setup time.
 
The earlier the better, but 5:00 is as early as I can get there.
