Swap met / fun run

OK we are a week away from the big event.  It occurred to me that some of
the new members may not know how to sign up for the run and activities.

1.  Go to our web site.  http://www.trainweb.org/ttat/
2. enter members area
3. enter user and password.  Steve Wise, I do not know if every one on
this should have this information so I have not put the info here. 
Please write to me or Steve separately if you do not know the password.
4. Go down to the Current Show documents and click on the swap meet link.
 This will take you to the sign up sheet. 
5.  Go to the bottom and click on participate ( even if you are not going
).
6. Enter your name and answer the questions  and  then click the button
on the bottom to record your answers

It is that easy.  Please sign up so we know how many will attend so we
can have enough food and lots of items for swap.
