I have cancelled the Fun Runs on December 24 and 31 due to lack of response.

If you want to run trains on those days (or any other day we do not have a Fun Run
scheduled), you just have to get the key from The Collectible Caboose and run
the power cable out the back door to the power panel.

Jim Smiley has volunteered to be the coordinator for December 3.  Do we have
any volunteers for December 17?
