December fun run

I hope everyone has the Dec.10, and maybe 11 on their calendar by now for
some fun times using our trains and getting to know the club members
better.  Also the club swap meet.  It looks like we will still be in the
rail yard space so we will have lots of room under cover for any
activity.   I have deleted Fri. night since it gets dark by the time work
is out and there are no lights.  WE can run Sunday if there is enough
interest.  You will have to indicate interest on the show documents for
this to happen.

For the swap meet, everyone should plan on bringing their own table or
floor spread to display their items for swap since there is a limited
supply  of tables there.

For the cook out we need several folks to sign up to bring some items for
all to share.

Please tell me what you can bring form list below:  WE will know a little
closer to the date how many plan to attend.  Send me email at

2. Hamburgers and grill
3. Hot dogs
4. Buns for both, more hamburger
5. Chips, potato and corn
6.Mustad, ketchup, relish, tomato, lettuce

Also if you have some lights that you could bring we could run into the
twilight.
