Fun Runs at The RailYard

I would like to schedule Fun Runs at The RailYard for the month of November
and we need people to sign up as Event Coordinator's for these runs.

I will post a schedule in building 200 and in The Collectible Caboose for
running trains from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM for every Saturday in November
(unless they lease the space out from under us).

We need people to commit to be the coordinators for these runs before we
post a schedule.  The coordinator's job is:

1. Be at the layout (or get someone else to commit to being there) during the
    posted hours.
2. Get the key for the building from Craig (or another employee) at The
    Collectible Caboose and open the building.
3. Hook up the main power cable.
4. Be the Fat Controller (or get someone else to act as Fat Controller) for the run.
    This basically means you get to assign people to tracks and ensure that trains
    are always running.
5. At the end of the run, unhook the main power cable, lock all doors, and
    return the key to The Collectible Caboose.
