RE: Set up at The RailYard

I am going to have trouble moving modules to the Railyard.  I am going out
of town on business early Wednesday morning and will return late Friday.
That is going to hamper how much I can move.  I get off work after the
Collectible Caboose is closed so I doubt I will be able to move anything
Monday or Tuesday.

The other option is that after the trailer is unloaded next weekend we run
it to my house and load up the stuff in the garage.  That would probably
work best because otherwise it would take several trips in a pick up.

I think we need more time to work out the logistics of setting up at The
RailYard.

Since we have a lot of space, and since the layout will be set up for
several weeks, I think
we should set up a large, impressive layout.  This includes the sidings, the
transfer table,
and Ed's bridge module.  It doesn't look like we can arrange to get all of
these pieces
to The RailYard on such short notice.

I propose that we set up next weekend, either Saturday or Sunday.  This
gives us a week
to get all of the necessary modules to The RailYard.  They can be stored in
the building
we will use any time during the week when The Collectible Caboose is open,
since Craig
has the key.  The trailer is already there, so that is no problem.  We just
have to move it
across the parking lot to the building.

Does this make more sense?  Please let me know if you have any other
suggestions.

Also, please let me know when you can participate in setting up the layout.
I suggest we
try for either Saturday or Sunday afternoon (October 8th or 9th).  Please
let me know
when you are available.  Also, for those of you who have modules we would
like to include
in the layout (i.e. Adrian, Ed, and Steve), please let me know if you can
get the modules
to Craig before next weekend (or be there for set up with the modules).
This only includes
mainline modules - scenery modules can be added anytime, either during or
after set up.
