Fun Run Time At The RailYard!

I just received approval from David Johnson, owner/landlord for The Railyard (my shopping center), for the club to occupy the unfinished space in the new building here. That means that we have approximately 5000 square feet to play with -- think we can cram a layout into that space? We can stay there until the end of October, possibly longer depending on what gets leased out. So we will definitely be set up here for The Jamboree. Keep in mind that this space has no air conditioning, no sheet rock, and no interior walls so we'll have to handle this like we did last year -- big fans and open doors. Very little of this building gets direct sunlight, especially in the afternoon, so it will stay relatively comfortable.

As usual, I will take care of the insurance coverage and electricity. Ya'll take care of scheduling the build time, the fun runs, and anything else that needs to be done. I will also have a key to the place, so like before, if you want to run, just come by here to get the key and drop it off before you leave. If you have modules that you are keeping at your house and would like to drop them off before the "official" build session, feel free. We can find a place for them. Also, you probably know, but the trailer is already here, so that is not an issue.
