TTAT Annual Meeting and Elections

Hello all,

 

It is that time of year again - time for the Annual Club Meeting and Elections.  This is perhaps the most important event TTAT has each year as this is where the general direction of the club will be decided for the upcoming year.  The Board then uses the input from this meeting as guidance throughout the year.  Speaking of the Board, this meeting is also where the general membership of the club elects the Board members.  This year we will have two Board Member positions to fill so here is your chance to take a key role in the clubs operation.

 

The meeting will be held on September 8, at the Luby's restaurant at MoPac & Steck.  The meeting will start at 7:00pm but I recommend getting there at least by 6:30pm so you will have time to make it through the food line. 

 

What to bring?   Well, besides yourself and an appetite I would recommend bringing information about any train shows you would like the club to participate in next year.  Dates, times, contact information would also help if you have it.  In addition to train shows if there is any other type of event you would like to see the club participate in you should bring that info too.  Anyone want to host a home layout tour? 

 

There is a coordination document on the web site.  Please indicate your participation on the document so we can gauge how many people will attend.
