I want to second Ricky.
I have to be out of town for one of my best friend's bachelor party that weekend but I would go otherwise.
The layout will be in Bertram so it isn't much farther than going to the Collectible caboose.
Railfair is less than two weeks away and we really need people to support the club, as we are committed to this event and Railfair did some juggling of things to get us to come. Please come out and have fun running trains and watching the big ones.
It is my humble opinion that the club should do everything it can in order to support this show, Hill Country Railfair and the Austin Train Jamboree since they are our home shows. If we can't even commit to our own hometown shows and help promote our very fun hobby then what are we doing?
