Yes, we are confirmed with the Railfair people. Below is a portion of the confirmation email I got back from them. We need as many members possible to help with this event.
I also thought it would nice if club members who have railroad memorabilia could bring it to display along with our layout.
Ricky
Roger on a green for go: Tin Plate Trackers in Bertram, Lewis
Contractors bldg, Railfair 2005. Set up on Friday afternoon 6/24 after about 3 PM or so (please tell me if you need to get in sooner, I will arrange it). We are going to run so many trains!! Bertram: Lewis Contractors building, 1 block south of the Bertram depot on Vaughan St. in Bertram. Easily visible from the depot. Operate at least from 10:30 AM to 12 noon and 2 PM to 3:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 6/25 and 6/26 (or until the Bertram local leaves to return to Burnet). Tear down any time you wish after Bertram local leaves on Sunday, but before 5 PM, please. We expect that you may have some local visitors from the Bertram area (not necessarily connected to Railfair) and that some people in Burnet driving in cars will stop by on their way back from Burnet to Austin/Cedar Park etc. We will notify interested parties in the area on your behalf. Best wishes for a fun Railfair (and Festival).
