Fun Run Info - IMPORTANT

Teardown will begin at 2:00pm unless there are at least 6 members who want to stay later and are willing to do the tear down and move trailer back to parking lot.

We have another Fun Run scheduled for next month. June 17 and 18. The board members will not be able to participate at this one so we really need someone to coordinate this one. We will need someone to get the club house key during the week before the run, someone to move the trailer, people to assist with setup and tear down, and of course someone to have fun running trains. I am going to put up an event coordination document on the web site. Please indicate your participation for this one. This coming Tuesday the board will use the coordination document to decide if we need to cancel the Fun Run. Sorry to put the pressure on, but the Club House is free, the only request of the owner is that we give ample notice if we are going to cancel so they can let someone else use the space. I think that's reasonable.
