Hello Trackers,
Just a reminder that we are having a Club Fun Run on
February 26 and 27. We will be setting up at the Branch Creek Estates
Club House. This is a large room where we can make a layout as big as we
want. Plenty of tables and chairs, air conditioning, kitchen, plenty of
parking. This is going to be a fun time where we can concentrate on
having fun with our trains without all the responsibilities associated with
the train shows.
A coordination document has been created in the members
area of our web site for this event. Please indicate on the coordination
document if you will attend this event so we can plan
accordingly.
We also need to determine when we want to set up for this
run so reply to this message and let us know if you prefer to set up Friday,
or Saturday and what times you would be available to help with set
up. Also, if we set up Friday would you be interested in running
trains Friday afternoon/evening?
