RE: SAMRA Train Show

Hello guys,

Thank you Ron for the update on SAMRA. I will plan on taking the trailer
down on Friday. I may be able to leave earlier than 7:00 as well. I will
let everyone know that week if I can leave earlier and what time.

Ok guys, let's make a good showing at this one. It is the first event of
the year, let's start the year off right! If you haven't already, please
fill out your info on the event coordination document or let us know if you
will be there. Don't forget your trains!

Adrian.

Adrian,

Although it will make for a late night or early morning, we'll probably have
to take you up on your offer to tow the trailer. Ed and Scott have both
indicated that they can tow the trailer back to Austin on Sunday but no one
else has indicated that they can tow it to the SAMRA show. It would
probably be best to tow it Friday night. We may not have a lot of people to
start the setup but the building is open until 10:00 and what we don't get
finished on Friday and be done on Saturday.

Also, thanks to everyone that has updated the Event document. If you
haven't had a chance to update it yet, please do so as soon as you can.

I also received a call from SAMRA this morning double checking on the size
of our layout. We should get a 40' x 40' area in the same location as last
year but they were wondering about the size of the inside of the 'L' .
Looking at last year's event document the size was 13' x 17'. I'll give
them that info unless someone else has better info.

Thanks--Ron
