RE: SAMRA show in January

Steve,

I received a call from Paul Lawler today asking whether or not we were going 
to attend the SAMRA Show this year.  Initially I forgot that you had sent 
out this E-Mail and told him I would check and see what we were planning.

I went ahead and created an event document for this show so I guess that 
makes me the show coordinator even though I may not be able to attend the 
show.  There's a couple of items in the document that will need to be 
updated but the basic document is there.

The show is only 60 days away so hopefully everyone will update it as soon 
as possible.  If nothing has changed, I'll go ahead and let Paul know later 
this week-end that we'll be attending.

I also asked him about vendor table information.  He said the tables were 
$30.00 each and they will have a little over 200 tables at the show.  So far 
they've reserved 150+ tables so if anyone is interested in getting a table 
they shouldn't wait too long.
