RE: Museum run

Title: Message
Scott,

I have been sent to Ontario on business next week to meet an important customer.  Unfortunately the best connections I could get on Friday will not get me in to Austin until after 8:00 PM.  I am sorry to have to miss the setup.  I will be available all of Saturday, however.

Hugh might just talk his mother into taking him to the setup, unless you think they would be in the way.  I know you need adults to connect the modules, so if you don't think Hugh will be much help, just say so.

Mike

Subject: Museum run

WE are confirmed to run at the Bob Bullock Texas History Museum in downtown Austin Nov. 13.We will set up at 7 PM Fri. night the 12th.    I can get the trailer unless someone further north can get it to the museum that Fri.  Let me know or fill in the page if you can.  We will unload the trailer at the rear of the museum and have the layout on the second floor.  It will be a 1x3 or a 1x4 layout depending on how it all fits.  We will try to have as much scenery as possible so fill in what you can provide in your participation comments.  We will not do the sidings.  Probably run the trains from the outside.  Participants will receive a pass to the IMAX Polar Express movie at the museum.

Please fill out your participation page so I can see who will be there.  If we have enough interest, we may be able to also bring the 4x8 layout as well.

Scott
