I will be at the setup at 7:00, although it's close to me bedtime. ;o)

I will be able to attend the layout all day on Saturday.  Hugh will probably tour with his mother, and then help with the teardown.

Since I haven't heard any other suggestions, here is the schedule for this weekend:

     Friday October 29 - 7:00 PM Set up at The Railyard, suite #300 (next to The Collectible Caboose)
     Saturday October 30 - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Layout open to the public
                                             4:00 PM Tear down and load the trailer

I found out from Craig this afternoon that there is only sparse lighting in this space (since it is not finished yet) so if anyone has a lamp or other bright light which they can bring it would greatly help us at set up. Hopefully Saturday will be bright enough that we (and any visitors) can see without extra lighting. This space has windows on three sides.

Also, if anyone has a large fan which we can use on Friday and/or Saturday, please bring it.
