I will be posting a schedule this weekend for the next month's runs at The
Railyard.  We need coordinators for the following dates:

     September 25
     October 2
     October 9
     October 16
     October 30

The job is real easy:  you have to pick up the key from Craig at The
Collectible Caboose sometime around (or before) 1:00 PM, unlock the doors,
turn on the lights, fans, and air conditioner, plug in the main power cord,
and start running trains. You will also act as Fat Controller (meaning you
are responsible for making sure that the members and visitors who bring
trains have a track to run them on).  At the end of the day (around 5:00
PM), you are responsible for closing up (i.e. unplugging the main power
cord, turning off the air conditioner, fans, and lights, locking the front
and back doors) and returning the key to Craig.  It is not necessary to take
the batteries out of the CAB-1 and MTH controllers.  However, all the
controllers should be gathered up and placed near the power box.

Please respond to the club mailing list to select the date(s) you will
volunteer for.
