Teardown and Setup for Temple Model Train Show

Our next event is the Temple Model Train Show on September 18 and 19.

We have to tear down the layout at The Railyard and load the trailer.  I will design a layout before next Saturday
so we know which modules we need at Temple.  The current schedule calls for a fun run from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
and teardown from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 11.  Please let me know who can be there
for teardown on Saturday.  You can also propose an alternate teardown day and time (e.g. Sunday, or
some evening) if you would like to extend the fun run for all afternoon on Saturday.

Right now, we have four members for setup (me, Mike, Scott, and Steve).  We have two candidates to tow the
trailer to Temple on Friday for setup (Craig and Scott).

I propose that Craig tows the trailer to Temple on Friday (September 17) and that we meet at the Convention Center at 7:00 PM
for setup.  That gives us a chance to leave after work on Friday (?), avoid rush hour traffic (??), and perhaps
eat before we setup.

Please let me know if you can support this plan, or propose an alternative.  Also, if you have not indicated your
participation for the show (including not attending), please update the event coordination document.
