I just received a note from Tommy Shults indicating that we have to have all of our equipment
inside the building by 5:00 PM on Friday and have the trailer outside of the gated area by then.
We also have to maintain the setup until 5:00 PM on Sunday (this should not be a problem).

I told him we probably could not comply with this schedule.  What do you think?  Can anyone
tow the trailer to Flatonia early in the afternoon on Friday, October 22 so we can unload before 5:00 PM?

If someone can get there early a couple of us can unload the trailer and the rest of the group can
join us a little later to set up the layout.

Do we have any support for this?
