It is now Tuesday evening and so far the only person who indicated he can
come on Thursday is Bob Miller.

Is anyone else going to come on Thursday to set up at The Railyard?  If I
don't hear back by tomorrow
night I will cancel the set up on Thursday and the fun run this weekend.
