Scott,

Has it been aligned?  My father once tweaked up his boat trailer and made a lot of difference.

Also, you might want to consider the wind load.  Effort to pull that box through the air increases as a third or fourth power of the speed.  If the trailer is bending when you pass it's speed limit, there might not be anything else you can do.

Any other ideas for the trailer?  we moved some corners, got new tires...  We may be at the load limit.  Is the swaying because the tongue is too heavy?
