Event Coordination Document procedures

I updated the procedures that update the Event Coordination Documents to fix the loop the
browsers were encountering.  I removed the code which had the procedures refresh the index page
after updating or deleting the document.

After updating a document where you change the event name or after deleting a document (i.e. changing
its status to "Cancelled"), you have to manually refresh the "Members area" page to see the change.

Please let me know if you have any other problems with these procedures.
