Mike,

The Module Specification is on the club web site, in the Articles section.

The open poles attached to the modules may be a good idea.  However, remember that the modules
are stored on shelves in the trailer and we can't have anything sticking out from the modules when we
store them.  If there is some way to attach the poles to the modules during an event then remove them
for storage, it may be feasible.  Also, the skirt is attached to velcro which is at the top of the module.
If we want to lower the skirt to make room for the poles, the entire skirt would have to be rehemmed
so it won't drag on the floor.
