Fun Runs

Scott asked me to suggest a better schedule for the fun runs in Cedar Park, so here it is:

     December 6 (Saturday) - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     December 7 (Sunday) - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (if people want both days)

     January 3 (Saturday) - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM
     January 4 (Sunday) - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (if people want both days)

     January 3 or 4 - 4:00 PM teardown and load trailer

We should cancel our reservation for BCE for December 5th and 6th.

This proposal removes the runs on Friday December 5th and Thursday December 18th.
It also moves teardown from Thursday January 8th to either Saturday January 3rd or Sunday January 4th
after the fun run.

Please let me know ASAP if you can participate on the proposed days.  I especially need to know
whether we want the two fun runs to be on both Saturday and Sunday or just on Saturday.
I also need to know how many can participate in teardown on either January 3 or 4.
