WE have been confirmed for the Austin GATS show!!!!.  this means that we
need a show coordinator to take over from here to get us organized and
set up.  Please volunteer, those that have been with the club a while and
have not done this yet.  It keeps the work down for all of us if all
participate.

For those new members, you are welcome to take this on if you like. 
There are past show coordination documents on the web site that can lead
you through the stuff needed to get us ready.  Keep in mind though that 
one of the obligations that new members have is to be a Fat Controller of
a club run sometime in the first year of membership.  After you have been
to a few runs and talked to some of the members, you will be able to take
on this responsibility.
