Setup in Flatonia

In case you haven't read the Czhilispiel event coordination document within the last 10 minutes,
Randall has updated the setup time.

In his note to me he says that he is expecting to arrive in Flatonia by 3:30 PM (the event
coordination document says 3 PM).

For those participating in setup, please meet us by the Civic Center between 3:00 PM
and 3:30 PM.  Of course if you are coming later we will be happy to have you join us.
