I agree with the others, this is a show we want to do.  thanks Ron for being the coordinator.  I like their idea on set of the vendors.  Now we just need to here from GATS to fill in our Jan. date.


OK, I just got a call from Craig Berry in Cedar Park.  He has the insurance issue  worked out and is trying to get the power on there.  We are a go for using this space.  We can drop off the trailer there after the Flatonia show on Sun.  I have asked Ira to coordinate this activity, to get it set up for the Jamboree, Nov. 1.  Put some offers out there as to when you can set up and Ira will confirm the schedule.

I do not have my address book with me so can some one send Ira Pearson's address and numbers so he can get our location information to him for inclusion into the show handout.  Now we need to decide on the hours we will be there.  Let Ira know this too so he can make the final decision on our times.  He may have set up a show document which probably will be the best way to coordinate.

We also can decide if we want the 4x8 at the church or just the module layout on the tour.  

I think that I will be out the whole week end.
