I have had some significant changes at work lately and we are working on
redecorating the house so I have not found much time for trains lately. 
Ira has almost gotten things worked out to be set up at the Railyard
between our Flatonia and GATS show in Jan.  There will be some cost to us
it looks like.  Insurance seems to be the hang up.  let him know if
anyone could add a rider to cover this store to their policy.  

My schedule to Flatonia will be reduced significantly.  I will try to
make it for Sat. only.  See you there.  I will look at the participation
list and if it would be better for me to do Sun. I may be able to work
that out, but I may have to catch an early flight on Mon.

I need everyone's help to keep the train stuff going.  

I need a volunteer for a director position, preferable a newer member.
