I'm out of town until Sunday evening.  However, I believe both clubs have events already scheduled....Flatonia of TTAT and a monthly run at Winston's for HOTGG.  I don't have my calendar with me so I can't be sure.

Several years ago these people, don't know who, contacted one of the clubs when I was President, I think it was TTAT.  They did the same thing then...contacted us at the last minute.  I believe we told them that we needed notice, like six months to get on the schedule.

I'm sure they've been planning this event for a long time...especially since it's an annual event.  If they can't give us notice, I can't see spending a lot of time discussing this.
