WE used to get $250 fixed from them.  Are there other O guage layouts that they could get?  Yes we really want to be there.  When we were the bottom of the layout competition, we got $100 I believe and they paid out $600 more than $100 each to the first through third layouts.  I guess I feel greedy but would like to go for at least $150 plus workshops.

2. We can cut back on the towing fee for this show.

There is no longer a contest category. Instead they ask you for a
compensation amount with a note that their basic compensation is $100.00 for
a club and $50.00 for an individual. I believe they still pay $10.00 per
workshop and in the past we have done a total of 4 workshops at the two day
shows for an additional $40.00.

Should we ask for the basic $100.00 compensation or gamble and ask for more?
I'm guessing they're trying to save money and will go with the low bids.

Any comments? Suggestions?
