It's money over the dam, to mix my metaphors.  Since I will actually get a free ride for 4 months this year, keep the money in the treasury.  Your welcome to Hugh and his unbridled enthusiasm is well worth the price.

Mike, Hugh and Norm, over the next month, you will be seeing the calls
for club dues.  Because you are new members late in this year we will
have your membership fee cover until the end of year 2004.

It also came to my attention that Hugh paid as a member.  This is not
required, we have usually had the children of our members participate
under their parents membership until they were old enough to be on their
own.  So, if you would like we can refund Hugh's fee or we can keep it
and he can be listed as a full member as it is now.
