Hello all,

I have not got confirmation on exactly when we can setup Friday, but let's
assume late afternoon (4-5pm) for now.  I believe Randall is towing the trailer
out Friday?  Adrian, Ron, Randall, Ryan, Ira, Scott and I will be there for
setup.

Randall, what is the earliest time you can arrive with the trailer?  I'll call
ASTA and again get a firm time on when they will open the building.  But it
will of course be gated on when the trailer can arrive.  I plan to take 1/2 day
off, and Adrian as well, so if everything works out, we might be able to setup
earlier like 2-3pm.  Stay tuned for the exact time.

I will be FAT controller for setup.

Saturday operation will be from 9-5pm, and Sunday 10-4pm.  We'll tear down at
4pm Sunday.  Ed, Scott and Randall have all volunteered to tow the trailer
back.
