I would participate in Flatonia on Sunday only.

WE have been invited to attend the AMRE 2 day show in Live Oak the 18
and 19. they will give us an honorarium for attending. I think that it
will be $50. ( (I do not remember what we got last year but one of the
clubs thought that $75 was too much.) This is a train show
We have also committed our club to attend the Flatonia Chile Festival
Oct. 25-26. the too will give us about the same amount for attending.
This is a public demonstration
The Austin Train Jamboree is Oct. 25 and the club was not planning on
participating in this activity unless we had sufficient turnout for
Flatonia to comfortably cover that event.
Now the questions.
1. Should we attend the AMRE show?
2. Should we attend the Flatonia event?
3. Should we attend both of the shows?
4. Are you available for either or both shows? For setup on Fri. as well
as the show days on Sat. and Sun.??
5. If you can not attend the Flatonia event, would you want to attend the
Austin show? ( We have run the 4x8 layout the last 2 years)
