Re: New shows

There is only one event coordination document on the club web site - for the Burnet Railfair.

Buddy and Bob:  Please create event coordination documents for the Temple and Flatonia shows.
You just have to go to the Members Area of the club web site, click on "Create an event coordination document" and
fill in the form.  Any shows we have not agreed to attend can be shown as "Pending".  They can be changed
to "Confirmed" or "Cancelled" later.

This will give us the information we need about these events.
