Last year we had a 6 x 3 layout at GATS.  That works out to about 35' x 24'.

I hate to give up space, but it might be to our advantage to cooperate with them.  It might
entice them to approve our application for future events.

How about asking them for 34' x 26'?  That would be about the same as we had last year.

If we have 30' x 26' we can probably set up a 5 x 3 layout.  If we don't do an L-shape
(and we probably won't with these dimensions), that leaves us room for 10 scenery modules
(since we won't want to put a scenery module behind Ed's bridge).
At last year's GATS we had 8 modules (5 from Scott, 1 from Adrian, and 2 from me).
I know Adrian has at least 2 more modules.  This can work.

Again, bigger is better, but we could live with a smaller area.  See what you can do.
