Re: Mar. fun run

I updated the power boxes for our layout to increase the available power and allow MTH control
on more tracks.

Here is the new power availability and control capability:

     Track 1: 270 watts, CAB-1 (all)
Track 2: 180 watts, MTH (all), CAB-1 for command control of TMCC engines only
Track 3: 135 watts, CAB-1 (all), MTH for command control of ProtoSound 2.0 engines only
Track 4: 135 watts, CAB-1 (all), MTH for command control of ProtoSound 2.0 engines only

Note: CAB-1 (all) means command control of TMCC engines and conventional control of all
other engines, including MTH ProtoSound 1.0 and ProtoSound 2.0 engines
MTH (all) means command control of TMCC engines, command control of MTH ProtoSound 2.0
engines, and conventional control of all other engines, including MTH ProtoSound 1.0 engines

Note: Since the club only has one MTH controller, please bring your own controller if you want to
run command control of a ProtoSound 2.0 engine on tracks 3 or 4

I also added a separate power supply for the MTH TIU so it won't be powered down due to a
derailment on track 2.

I have also partially fixed the shutdown problem. All tracks will power down when the HALT button is
pressed on a CAB-1 controller. Tracks 2, 3, and 4 will power down when the E-STOP
button is pressed on an MTH controller and a HALT command is sent to any TMCC engine running
on track 1. So far, I haven't been able to get the TPC controlling track 1 to power down if you press
the E-STOP button on the MTH controller.

Anyone who has a train that wouldn't run before because of a power problem is invited to bring
the train to the fun run next week to test it on track 1 or 2 to make sure we can now support
these trains without a supplemental transformer.

Thanks.
