I dug this e-mail out of the 2002 archives.  Since we are now confirmed for 
the San Antonio GAT Show in June, I decided to follow up on the question of 
our club holding a raffle that week-end.  GATS said they didn't have a 
problem with us holding a raffle.  Their only stipulation is that we use the 
term 'donation' instead of 'buying' a ticket.  Evidently the term donation 
gets around any 'gambling' questions.

So if we want to hold a raffle that week-end, its ok with GATS.
