Re: Show Coordinators

I'm the coordinator for this show this year.  There is a coordination document on-line already...
 
I stole the position from Bob.

WE have some shows coming up this year that we need to get a show coordinator on.  The following is the list that I currently have that need some attention.
 

Aug. – Burnet rail fest.  Need Show Coordinator to make this happen.

 

Sept. 20, 21 Temple Train Show. – Buddy thinks we have a good chance of getting in.  Need a Show coordinator to follow up and make it happen.

 

Oct. 24, 25, 26 – Czhilispiel in Flatonia.  Possible Set up on Fri.   Finish on Sat early AM.  Be running by 10:00 at latest.  Sunday too.  Can have a raffle.
 
Please let me know if you will be the Show coordinator for one of these.  If we do not have them volunteered by the Board meeting this week, we will be calling on some of you to take this on.
