SAMRA Show Jan 31-Feb 2

The SAMRA Show at Live Oak comes up in two and one half weeks.  As you may 
recall this has been one of the most attended train shows in previous years.  
We have space for a 5x5 layout, possibly larger but we won't know that until 
setup.

The club will be compensated for our participation.  There will not be 
raffle.  There will be only a 'few' passes available.  However, we haven't 
had a problem entering in the past and I would expect there won't be a 
problem this year.

Scott will tow the trailer to Live Oak on Fri, Monk Howell will bring it back 
on Sunday and Ed Weltens is a backup in case Scott or Monk become unavailable 
at the last minute.  

Setup is available after 3:30p on Friday.  However, as of now the trailer 
will not arrive until 6 or 6:30p.  If someone is available to tow the trailer 
earlier Friday afternoon, we can get the setup completed before dinner.

I need to know:

1.  Can anyone pull the trailer on Friday afternoon for a 3-4 PM arrival at 
Live Oak?

2.  Who is available for a Friday afternoon setup?  Who is available for a 
Friday 6-6:30 PM setup?

3.  Who plans on attending and on what days?

4.  Fat Controllers are needed for Friday setup, Saturday and Sunday.

5.  Teardown should start at 4 PM Sun and we'll be out of there by 5 PM.

As always everyone is encouraged to attend.  Based on our last several 
outings, everyone that has wanted to run has had virtually all the time they 
wanted.  If you plan on running, we ask that you help either setup or 
teardown.

For now plan on a 6 PM Friday setup.  I will notify everyone if the trailer 
can arrive earlier.

Please RSVP quickly so we can finalize our operational plans.
