Work Day

We have several events scheduled between August and November again this 
year.  At last week's meeting, the board decided that it would be a good 
idea to have a work day before the Burnet show to work on several projects 
(plexiglass, finish new corner modules, reflective tape on trailer, 
additional shelves in trailer, etc.,).

I have asked Scott to coordinate the work day and with your help, he'll come 
up with a list of things to work on and what tools we'll need to get the 
projects completed.  Let Scott know if you have any specific project you 
would like to see on his list.

We decided to try and hold the work day on August 10.  We haven't decided on 
an exact time or place yet so let us know if you have any good suggestions.

So check your calendar and let us know if you'll be available on this date.
