Board Meeting Minutes & Temple Show

Steve has added the minutes of the April 16th board meeting to our web site. 
  Please review them and let me know if you have any questions.  Since its 
been a month since the meeting was held a couple of things have changed.

At the New Braunfels show Ira brought his device he created that made 
adjusting the legs easier.  He and Lorraine adjusted all of the legs that we 
used at the New Braunfels show and after the show we decided that a leg work 
day was not needed at this time.

The minutes also show a club fun run at BCE on May 17 and 18.  As you're 
probably aware this date hs been changed to June 7 and 8.

I also found out today that we will not be invited to the Temple show this 
year.  Some members of the Temple club will be setting up an O gauge layout.

We have accepted invitation to the Burnet railfare on Aug 24/25, the 
Czhilispiel in Flatonia on October 26/27, and the we will set up the 4x8 at 
the Austin Jamboree on October 26.  We also have an invitation to the AMRE 
Show at Live Oak on October 5/6. We haven't accepted the invitation to AMRE 
yet and I was wanting input from everyone to see if the addition of the AMRE 
show would be too many shows in too short of a time frame.  Burnet, 
Flatonia, and AMRE are all two day shows.  Check your calendars and let me 
know what you think.
