Yes, Velcro comes with sticky back.  However, I wouldn't trust either the sticky back or the Velcro
to hold the plexiglass - it is just too heavy.  Also, think about the torque that is applied to the edge
where the plexiglass would be attached to the module - Velcro would never hold.

It seems to me we could either have a piece of moulding with a flat outer edge to which we could
attach the Velcro for the skirt or put the Velcro below the moulding.  Of course, the skirt might be too
long if we move the Velcro down an inch or so.

That brings up another point.  If we shorten the legs to lower the layout we also have to shorten
the skirt so it doesn't drag on the floor.
