I will bring my bridge.
We may have the new corners built by then but should be cautious about using them the first time in a show and should allow for extra set up time if we do use them.
I can help with the trailer.

Subject: GATS Is Back
I'm not sure what happened but I received an invitation in the mail today
from GATS. (I also gave them a call and verified it with them.) The want
us to set up our layout at the March 2 & 3 show at Live Oak. The will give
us 4 tables, 15 passes, a 30'x34' area to set up our layout (including crowd
barriers), and want us to do two workshops each day (12:30 Command Control
Demo/2:30 Cleaning up an old engine).
They'll pay us $10.00 for each work shop (total of $40.00) and we'll be
entered in the layout contest. I believe you can win anywhere from $50.00
to $400.00 in the contest.
Setup times are either on Friday from 3:00pm to 9:00pm or Saturday from 7:00
to 9:30am. Show times are 11:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Anyone interested in still going to GATS? If so:
What days can you go? (Friday setup, Saturday, Sunday)
Approximate times can you be there?
Can you tow the trailer to/from San Antonio?
Do you have any special modules for the layout?
Do you want to present a workshop on either day?
I know its a pretty short notice on this so a quick RSVP would be
appreciated. Any questions and/or comments?
Thanks--Ron
