SAMRA Show Operating Schedule

I give up!  Trying to make a schedule for 11 people/teams is a nightmare!

Here is what I came up with:

Track 1:
       8:30 AM Adrian
       9:45 AM Ira
     11:00 AM Jim
     12:00 AM Steve
       1:30 PM Ed
       3:00 PM Jim
Track 2:
       8:30 AM Jim
       9:15 AM Steve
     10:30 AM Ed
     11:45 AM Ron
       1:30 PM Scott
       2:30 PM Ira
Track 3:
       8:30 AM Ron
       9:30 AM Rick/Ricky
     10:45 AM Rob/Grady
     12:15 PM Randall/Ryan
       1:15 PM Rob/Grady
       2:15 PM Randall/Ryan
Track 4:
       8:30 AM Scott
     10:15 AM Bob
     11:30 AM Adrian
       1:00 PM Bob
       2:30 PM Rick/Ricky

Even I don't like this schedule!  I will bring it with me, but I don't really expect to use it.

I think the best thing for us to do is to have a sign-up sheet near the schedule board.  When each
member arrives, he can just sign up for the time slot(s) he wants to use.  Given the time available,
we should each be able to run for a total of about 2-3/4 hours.  Steve and I will share the
duties of FAT Controller and we will try to keep the schedule board as up to date as possible and
resolve any conflicts.  We will also try to keep the tracks occupied for the whole day.
